All our deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Prints items are tracked and insured.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are unable to offer international delivery through the online store but please drop us an email to discuss and we can arrange offline for you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. We will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays, on occasion due to multiple purchases stock on prints can be limited.

All of our payments are currently made through Paypal.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

If an eligible item that you’ve bought on our site doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the description, Paypal’s Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage and packaging costs. Buyer Protection covers eligible online purchases on Papersole.com or on any other website, when you use PayPal.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Find your chosen product and select quantity, press ‘add to basket’. When all your chosen items are in your basket press ‘checkout’.

In the form fill areas enter your billing and delivery details.

Click ‘Proceed to paypal’ and complete your payment.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can stop your payment on your Paypal account and we will make sure you are refunded. If you have any issues with your items such as damage in the post please email us and we will send you a replacement. We are unable to refund items orders once they are posted if there is no damage.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do need to set up an account to place an order but this information is only used to deliver your item or contact you if we have any issues. We take security very seriously and your data will never be passed onto a 3rd party or used for sales literature from us.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect your order within 3-5 working days. If you have a tracked item like a framed print we will email you a tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can only return an item if it is broken or damaged. Please send us an email if you have a damaged product so we can assess if it is safe to return in the post. We will then sort out a replacement or refund. Please do not send broken glass frames.
